C-TECC partnered with the State of Delaware’s Division of Prevention and Behavioral Health Services (DPBHS) to develop and evaluate the Community Outreach, Referral, and Early Intervention (CORE) project. CORE sought to provide outreach, education, and evidence-based treatment services to adolescents and young adults in the State with early signs of psychosis. The evaluation of CORE focused on monitoring service delivery, adherence to evidence-based models of care, and evaluation of the overall effectiveness of the program in reducing symptom severity and distress. Project CORE was funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
