The Global Appraisal of Individual Needs (GAIN) is a comprehensive evidence-based assessment battery designed to diagnose and inform treatment of substance use disorders. The State of Delaware’s DPBHS has contracted with C-TECC to provide training to community clinicians in 11 clinics around the State in the assessment approach and its utilization. In addition, C-TECC will collaborate to evaluate the implementation process, analyze prevalence and comorbidity rates, and correlates of GAIN profiles (e.g., criminal recidivism)
