Parenting Plus is an integrated preventive intervention, in English and Spanish, that trains evidence-based financial and parenting skills to caregivers with young children at high-risk in community settings. The model was developed to simultaneously address parenting and finances, recognizing that financial stability and effective parenting often synergistically impact one another. When both areas are improved, caregivers are better equipped to manage and excel in the other. Parenting Plus takes a two-generational approach, working with both caregivers and their children to ensure comprehensive support and positive development across generations.
