C-TECC partnered with the State of Delaware to develop and evaluate their state-wide mental health infrastructure with the goal of expanding the reach and access of a coordinated network of services for children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and/or other health needs. The evaluation of the project focused on monitoring the effectiveness of services, including associated outcomes at the individual, family, and organizational levels, adherence to evidence-based care models, and the reach and impact of services to historically marginalized and underserved communities. The SOC Expansion and Implementation grant was funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
