C-TECC partnered with the State of Delaware to implement and evaluate theGlobal Appraisal of Individual Needs (GAIN).GAIN is a comprehensive evidence-based assessment battery designed to diagnose and inform treatment of substance use disorders. C-TECC provided training to community clinicians in 11 clinics around the State in the assessment approach and its utilization. In addition, C-TECC evaluated the implementation process, analyzed prevalence and comorbidity rates, and correlates of GAIN profiles.
